The Navarre society was mobilized last December to help those people who, fleeing from their countries at war, try to reach the European coasts and started the campaign Navarra opens its arms – Nafarroa besoak zabalik, in collaboration with the NGO Proactive Open Arms.<\/p>\n

The company INNOLIVA has collaborated in this initiative by donating 6,000 bottles of its Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in order to be used to raise funds and achieve the main objective of the project, consisting of the acquisition of a professional sea rescue vessel with the to save as many people alive as possible, fleeing the war, dying every day in the Aegean Sea.<\/p>\n

During the campaign, these 6,000 solidarity oil bottles have been put up for sale at a price of 7 euros in different establishments such as E.Lecrerc, El Corte Ingl\u00e9s, Cooperativa de Hosteler\u00eda, Makro and Aedona (Association of Sports Entities and Leisure of Navarre), and has also had the invaluable collaboration of students from different schools that joined this project: San Cernin College, Miravalles College and San Fermin Ikastola.<\/p>\n

In addition, INNOLIVA, at the hands of Club Atl\u00e9tico Osasuna, also a collaborator of the initiative, held on January 16 the Day of solidarity for the rescue of Syrian refugees, which coincided with the party that faced the Pamplona team with Oviedo and During which they were sold, both within the El Sadar stadium and in its vicinity, vouchers exchangeable for oil bottles from the Navarre company. In this way the fans could also contribute their bit.<\/p>\n
