1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION AND PROVIDER
The General Purchase Terms and Conditions are applicable to sales contracts entered into by electronic means through the website www.innoliva.com, between Olivos Naturales, S.L. and the consumers and users who wish to purchase the products it offers there.
2. FORMALISATION OF THE AGREEMENT
In accordance with the Civil Code, the agreement shall be understood to have been formalised when Olivos Naturales, S.L. has proof that the customer has accepted the offer.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Before formalising the agreement, the customer must read the Purchase Terms and Conditions and accept them by checking the corresponding box during the ordering process.
4. DATA STORAGE/PROTECTION
The personal data you provide to us, as well as those generated while using our services, will be included in a file for which Olivos Naturales S.L. is responsible, for the purpose of providing you with the requested information, managing the products or services purchased and keeping you informed about products, provided that you have previously consented to this, services or news, related to the information security sector, that may be of interest to you. You authorise Olivos Naturales, S.L. to receive confirmation of the receipt and reading of the notifications sent to you by email.
In any case, you are guaranteed the option to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection to the processing of your data by sending a written notification to the indicated address or to the following email address: email@example.com.
The prices of our products include the VAT applicable according to current legislation. The prices listed on our website, including other concepts, are in euros. Shipping costs are not included in the prices listed on our website, apart from some exceptions. All other additional costs that may arise shall be payable by the purchaser, who will be informed of all the amounts and the resulting final price before formalising the agreement.
Deliveries made to locations outside the European Union may incur additional costs and may be subject to duties and taxes, especially those related to customs and value added taxes on imports. All expenses resulting from it being a non-EU destination will be payable by the purchaser.
Innoliva reserves the right to modify prices, products, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
Innoliva deliveries may be made by courier, or the customer can collect their purchases from our facilities in Calle Infante Don Carlos de Borbón, 16, 2D, 41004 Seville. The sales terms and conditions that refer to delivery times will depend on the service chosen during the purchasing process, taking into account the following deadlines:
- The product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when making the purchase. The order will be shipped from the day after order receipt and payment, except for weekends and bank holidays. The delivery time in Spain is between 1 and 3 business days, except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (to which we currently do not ship). To most countries within the European Union, it is between 3 and 6 business days for packages weighing less than 31.5 kg. For larger packages, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- To collect purchases from our facilities: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Shipping costs are billed according to the prices listed on the website. The exact amount of the shipping costs is that indicated during the ordering process.
Free shipping costs from a purchase over € 150.
You must check to ensure that the goods that arrive after the purchase are the ones you ordered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at email@example.com within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receiving the order, clearly stating the problem. We will contact you as soon as possible to seek a satisfactory outcome.
*It is advisable to open the package in the presence of the courier in case any of the products have been damaged or are in poor condition.
If the package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must refuse to accept it.
If a product is damaged on arrival due to its transportation, we will send you a new one or reimburse you for the corresponding cost in the account of the credit card with which you paid. This will not apply if the products have become damaged due to the recipient not being available to receive the package and it having to be taken to the warehouse. In any case, you must send us a photograph of the damaged product. Innoliva.com will pay the transportation costs, bearing in mind the aforementioned reasons.
If a product does not correspond to the purchase you have made on our website, we will send you the correct product or reimburse the corresponding amount in the account of the credit card with which you paid. Innoliva.com will pay the costs of the additional transportation that may be required.
The following payment methods are accepted by Innoliva:
- Credit or debit card from a banking POS: Bankinter.
- Bank transfer.
After the customer has selected the payment method and accepted the sales terms and conditions when placing an order, they will be redirected to a secure payment website, owned by Bankinter or PayPal depending on the chosen payment method, where they will be able to make the payment. After completing the payment, they will once again be redirected to Innoliva.com. The use of these payment methods will not entail an increase in the retail price established in the order.
10. ORDER CANCELLATION
The customer may cancel their order by notifying us in writing at our address, firstname.lastname@example.org, within the 12 hours following its placement, and as long as it has not already been shipped to its destination.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the courier, acquired physical possession of the last of these goods.
To exercise your right to withdrawal, you must notify us (Olivos Naturales, S.L., Calle Infante Don Carlos de Borbón, 16, 2D, 41004 Seville, Tel. no.: +34 854581100, Email: email@example.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the sample withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send the letter in which you exercise this right before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal:
In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your decision to choose a delivery method other than the less costly ordinary delivery we offer) without any undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund the money using the same payment method used by you during the initial transaction, unless you have expressly declared otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold your refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided us with proof of their return, whichever happens first.
You must return the goods or deliver them directly to Olivos Naturales, S.L., Calle Infante Don Carlos de Borbón, 16, 2D, 41004 Seville, without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered to have been met if you return the goods before the end of this period.
You must pay the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will be exclusively liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

a) The right to withdraw will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
b) The supply of goods produced in accordance with the specification of the consumer and user or those which are clearly customised.
c) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
d) The supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene protection reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
