We are committed to early harvest to extract the highest quality oils and maintain our standards.

HEALTHY OLIVE

We carry out exhaustive control both in the field (i.e. pests) and in the oil mill to ensure that the olive we grind is healthy and at its optimum point of maturity.

STORAGE

All our tanks are made of stainless steel, are temperature-controlled and are inerted with nitrogen to minimize the oxidation that naturally occurs to the oil.
